Our cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and all the other sweet creations are made from scratch! This includes any fillings like lemon curd or the many flavors of frostings we have. (The only exception is the pretzel rods and cookies and cream sandwich cookies.)

We have many flavors of cake layers, Pseudo Cream Frostings, and fillings to choose from. Check out our Shop page for a complete list of all the flavors.

Typically 2 to 4 weeks, unless you have a large order or intricate design in mind for your customized items. For example, an order with a birthday cake, cupcakes, and cookies may only need the 2 weeks notice, but a wedding order for a cake that serves 150 may need to be planned several months ahead of time. Also, we have a payment plan that allows you to budget for your event easily so that you don’t have to pay everything upfront. The more in advance you put in the order, the more time you have on your payment plan to make affordable payments.

All orders must be completed by phone due to the customization process. You can start off by sending us a message via email if you'd like, but finalizing the details and the order is only completed by phone.

An order can be changed only if it is more than 2 weeks out or more from the due date. Keep in mind that depending on the changes you make, additional fees may apply.

The retainer fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. If your order is in less than a week, we require that the entire order be paid upfront due to the short turnaround time.

We have a scratch-made, in-house recipe that we call the Pseudo Cream Frosting. It's so smooth and melts away so perfectly! It's like buttercream and whip came together and became this wonderful concoction.

Typically, frosting is what you find on cupcakes, cakes, and brownies. It's soft and will stick to your fingers if you touch it. Icing, on the other hand, is widely used to decorate sugar cookies with intricate designs. Icing will dry completely to the touch, but will still have a soft bite.

Fondant is a thick sugar paste that is typically used to cover cakes for a super smooth finish. Most people peel it off before consuming the cake itself. Fondant is also used to make decorations for cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and other sweet treats.

Layers are how many sheets of cakes are stacked inside of a fully frosted cake, think simple birthday cakes. Tiers are how many fully frosted cakes of different sizes are stacked on each other, think wedding cakes.
